Tell us about some of the new technologies you’ve recently been developing.
Well recently, this laboratory received the world accredited TAF certification, now thanks to this laboratory certification we can offer to our customers detail technical information, and we are now thrilled to be closely working at the factory level with German and Japanese manufacturers
Tell us a little bit about some of your latest products.
This year, we are very happy to launch our axial preload sensor, which can provide critical technical information during spindle assembly.
When mounting the spindle, customers frequently encounter torque and axial balance problems. Through the axial preload sensor we can clearly measure the relationship between torque value and axial force.
Furthermore, a complete spindle set up usually includes different sizes of bearings, space rings and locknuts. With our axial preload sensor, one can clearly analyze the stability of each component as well as define the overall stability of the assembled spindle.
This is why using our axial preload sensor is such an important tool in spindle assembly.
So we are looking forward to the launching of this product which will help our customers solve technical problems they face during spindle assembly.
